Moskowitz

Dr. Moskowitz teaches in the department of Ophthalmology, ENT/Otolaryngology and General Plastic Surgery at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. He has written and lectured extensively with numerous articles and book chapters. He has participated in many medical/surgical missions in Honduras, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador and the Philippines.
